Work in-region, in-timezone, with face-to-face meetings where they help.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have closed real B2B software or services deals in India.
You understand long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles.
You are hungry, organized, and honest about where a deal actually stands.
You can sell a technical product to non-technical and technical buyers alike.
Roughly 3 or more years closing B2B enterprise deals in the Indian market.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You are the technical voice in the room before a deal closes. You turn an enterprise buyer's messy requirements into a clear picture of what Klivo will deploy, and you make the demo real.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run technical discovery and scope agent use cases with enterprise buyers.
Build and deliver tailored demos mapped to the customer's real workflows.
Answer security, integration, and architecture questions during the sales cycle.
Write the solution outline that delivery and engineering build against.
Partner with account owners to move qualified deals from interest to signed scope.
Note: this is a mid-funnel technical role. You pick up deals after they are qualified; you do not cold call or prospect.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You can hold a technical conversation with a CTO and a business one with a COO in the same call.
You understand APIs, integrations, and how software actually gets deployed.
You explain complex things simply and honestly.
You are comfortable owning the pre-sales motion on a lean team.
Roughly 3 or more years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a technical customer-facing role.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You are the first person our clients reach when they need help with their Klivo agents. You solve problems quickly, keep agents accurate, and make sure every client feels looked after.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond to client questions by email, WhatsApp and phone within our support timelines.
Update knowledge bases, FAQs and agent settings in the Klivo dashboard when a client's information changes.
Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, and follow them through to resolution with engineering.
Review conversation logs and human handovers, and suggest improvements to agent answers.
Help onboard new clients and train their teams to use the dashboard.
Keep internal help articles and support playbooks up to date.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Clear written and spoken English. Hindi or another Indian language is a plus.
Patient, organised and calm under pressure.
Comfortable learning new software quickly, and curious about how AI agents work.
Roughly 1 to 3 years in customer support or technical support for a software product. Strong freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You take ownership of the Klivo platform end to end: the client dashboard, the agent runtime, integrations and deployments. This is not a frontend role or a backend role. It is the whole platform. When a client needs a new integration or something breaks, you own it until it works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design, build and ship features across the frontend, backend, database and infrastructure.
Own the agent runtime: model integrations, retrieval over client knowledge bases, prompts, guardrails and human handover.
Build integrations with client systems such as CRMs, helpdesks, WhatsApp, telephony and ERPs, using APIs and webhooks.
Run deployments, monitoring, backups and incident response, and keep the platform fast, reliable and cost-efficient.
Keep the platform secure: access control, personal data handling, and fixing findings from security tests.
Work directly with the founders and with clients on scoping and delivery, and write the docs and tests that make your work enterprise-ready.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have built and shipped production web applications end to end, not just one layer.
Strong in TypeScript and React, plus a backend language such as Node.js or Python.
Solid with SQL databases, REST APIs, authentication, cloud hosting and CI/CD.
Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, embeddings or vector search is a strong plus. Voice or WhatsApp integrations are a plus.
An ownership mindset. You don't say "this is not my job". If it touches the platform, it's yours.
Roughly 3 or more years building production software.
