Klivo ("Klivo", "we", "us", or "our"), a brand of Fidevia Technologies, a partnership firm, builds enterprise agentic AI infrastructure for businesses, including organizations in regulated industries. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our marketing website, request a demo or trial, or engage us for a deployment, and how we handle that data. It is written to be consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP, India), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, for the EEA and UK), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, United States), and, for healthcare engagements, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA, United States). By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described here.
1. Data we collect
We collect a limited set of personal data, and only what we need to run our business and serve customers:
- Contact and business information you submit through our website forms or in the course of a sales conversation, such as your name, business email, company, role, and any message you send us.
- Account information if you are given access to our platform, such as your name, email, and login credentials.
- Product and service data generated when a customer uses our platform, such as logs, usage records, and timestamps, handled under our agreement with that customer.
- Website usage information collected automatically when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring source, through cookieless analytics and server logs.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.
2. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you or your organization request.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and platform.
- Communicate with you about our services, including updates you have asked to receive.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where we act on behalf of a customer as a processor, we handle personal data according to that customer's instructions and our agreement with them.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand page performance. Fonts and integration logos on some pages are loaded from Google services, which receive your IP address when those resources load. If you use the chat assistant on our website, the conversation is processed to answer your question, and you'll be shown a privacy notice before the chat starts.
4. Lawful bases (GDPR and DPDP)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data on one or more of these bases: your consent, performance of a contract with you or your organization, our legitimate interests in operating a secure B2B service, and compliance with legal obligations. Where DPDP applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for specified legitimate uses permitted under the Act. You can withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect processing already carried out.
5. How we share data
We share personal data only in limited circumstances:
- With service providers and sub-processors who help us run our business, such as cloud hosting, security, communications, and payment providers, under written agreements that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
- With a customer's authorized users, where the data relates to that customer's deployment.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
- Where required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Klivo, our customers, or others.
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Data storage and international transfers
We store and process customer data primarily in India, and also in the United States, using cloud infrastructure from established cloud providers. Where a customer requires data residency in another region, we can accommodate that at deployment. Because we operate across India and the United States, personal data may be transferred across borders. Where such transfers are subject to GDPR, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. If you have questions about where your data is processed, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls on a least-privilege basis, and logging. Our practices are aligned with recognized enterprise security frameworks, and our platform runs on cloud infrastructure that is independently audited against major security standards. For healthcare engagements, we support HIPAA-aligned deployments and can enter into a Business Associate Agreement where applicable. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we also encourage customers and users to protect their own credentials and access.
8. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Sales and inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Retention of customer deployment data is defined in our agreement with the relevant customer.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@getklivo.com. Where we process data on behalf of a customer as a processor, please direct your request to that customer, and we will support them in responding.
10. California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal data we collect and how we use and share it, to request access to or deletion of your personal data, to correct inaccurate personal data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your California rights, email us at privacy@getklivo.com. We will verify your request before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
11. Children
Klivo provides a business-to-business service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to websites and services operated by others. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
